Reservation policy

To reserve, a 50-percent deposit is required by credit card.

If you do not have a credit card, payment may be made by cheque. Your reservation will be held for 14 days only; if your deposit has not been received by then, the reservation will be cancelled.

In addition, you will be required to make a $150 guarantee deposit upon arrival.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation, following charges will apply on the total fee stay.

Cancellation fee 30 to 22 days from the date of arrival 25%
Cancellation fee 21 to 11 days from the date of arrival 35%
Cancellation fee 10 to 1 days from the date of arrival 50%
