During high season, the dining room (seating 129) is open from 7:30 AM to 20:00 PM and offers thematic buffets featuring regional cuisine.

Breakfast (from 7:30 to 10:00AM) features a gorgeous buffet : eggs cooked to your liking, hash-browns, oatmeal, breakfast meat, pancakes, french toasts, fruit, cereals, croissants, toasts, muffins and bagels. All served with coffee, hot chocolate, juice or milk.

Lunch (from 12:00 to 14:00 PM)  offers choice and diversity. Throughout high season, our Chef proposes a mini buffet from wich guests can compose their own menu : soup of the day, main dish and dessert.

Dinner (from 17:00 to 20:00 PM)  becomes a special occasion. Our Chef presents thematic buffets offering our guests the opportunity to discover Italy, Mexico, China etc. through their cuisine. Western and seafood menus are also available, as well as a mini

salad bar and every-day dishes (generally pasta). In a warm family ambiance, our team will spare no efforts to enable guests to make each dinner an unforgettable experience.

Sunday Brunch (from 8:00 AM to 13:00 PM) is served from opening day in May to closing on Thanksgiving Day, Guests are invited to sample the Saguenay regional cuisine. Our all-you-can-eat buffet features omelets, hash-browns, oatmeal, ham, bacon, sausages, pancakes, chocolate fondue and fruit, tourtière saguenéenne, cereals, yogourt, toasts, croissants, muffins and bagels.

Guests can also request picnic baskets and chinese fondue to be delivered to their cottage. Inquire at the dining room.
